What a nice guy. The reason I decided to feature this album as a random playlist is because for a good five or six months it was exclusively the only thing I listened to. I am sure the genre had been around for a while, but it really grew in popularity with the emergence of Skrillex and Rusko all over the web.

Having never heard of the genre, I went home and tried looking it up on Google and Urban Dictionary. However, Trap was such a new genre that there was no existing definitions on either site.
